Feelings of sadness, frustration, hopelessness, etc. are mostly a result of our own thoughts, inferences and beliefs about what happens to us. And thus, we have the freedom to modify our own thinking in a way that we can go on with our lives with minimal emotional disturbances. For this to happen, you need to find a way to explore your inner thoughts and beliefs. A therapist can of course help you with that. The next best option is discussing it via email. Let me know.
you seem to be making moutain out of a mole hill. You may be a introvert personality with minimal exposure to mingling with people in a lighter way. Just try to attend some training programm focused on personality development, communication and conversational skills or meet a psycholgist to dicuss your limitations and get individually customized solutions
Hi,
you do not have any mental depression or any other mental problem, what is require is you built self confidence and sense of humor, you note that friends making jokes are not upon you but they just making fun.
You do not remain quiet or loose your temperament,if you do like this they will do more fun and try to make you more embarrassed. You also join in making jokes on them and reply their jokes quietly.
If you remain quiet they will be more aggressive.
You maintain friendly atmosphere and make fun and join with making fun with them. ,
