i have had a purple clitoris since I was i could remember and I haven't looked down there in a while and I noticed that my clitoris at the end is black....Is this a sign of an infection. Also i'm not sexually active so im trying to figure out how this could happen. Should I go to a doctor to get it checked out?

I am 19 years old, weigh 178 pounds. My height is 5 foot 2 inches and so far. I have only gone to the doctor a few times. I only go when I'm severely sick or injured. but i plan to get an annual checkup soon.
