Hello,

Possible causes are Viral fever with back muscles spasm. Ureteric colic with Vomiting. Peptic ulcer disease with hematemesis. Pyelonephritis with Septicemia etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please get it done urine examination, ultrasound abdomen, complete blood picture, serum creatinine etc.

Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. use tablet Paracetamol thrice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
