Is Bleeding After Nasal Cauterization Normal?

Hi my son who is 8 had his nose cauterized yesturday but today it bleeded again for about a few mins i stopped the bleeding and applied Bacitracin to it it looks like half the scab came off. Is this normal? How long does it usually take for the scab to come off? Will the cauterizatio not work now? Thank you

cauterisation is done to stop bleed from bleeding artery .
scab will fall off in 4/5 days.
disturbed scab may also cause bleeding .
use nasivion paediatric drops for 3 days.
if bleeding is severe use botroclot drops
