one time i smoke too many cigarettes , i throw up but no blood but mostly food ! but another time i made the same stupid mistake of smoking too many cigarettes on one day and i throw up with very little amount of blood ! it was a one time accident but i remembered that also on a one time accident i wake up with blood on my mouth and that was i even start smoking ! is that dangerous ?

There has been lots of possibility for the same, being chain smoker you had increased chances of getting respiratory infection or other respiratory pathology. First thing you should do is stop the smoking. Watch for similar symptoms you had in past as well as fever, hoarseness of voice, weight loss,etc if found consult a doctor. If not then it may be just because of irritation of respiratory mucous membrane. In whatever condition stopping smoking will reduce future odds of getting respiratory illness.
