Is Bleeding From My Penis And Catheter After Bowel Movements A Normal Issue Following Prostate Removal Surgery?

I had my prostate removed on 11-2-21 and seem to do fine until 11-11-21 when I went to have a bowel movement about 2am in the morning. I started bleeding from my penis around the catheter and some blood in the catheter tube. After the bowel movement it quits and my urine cleared up. Then when I had a later bowel movement the same thing happened again. Can you give me any information concerning this issue? Thank you for your time
