Hello and thank you for asking HCM.

I have read your symptoms and i understand your concerns.

It is possible to have blood in your urine if you have UTI due to the inflammation. Even a small amount of blood can make your urine red,so don't worry here.
If i was your caring doctor i would recommend to start the treatment with antibiotics and give a couple of days to your body to heal itself.
Also here are some advice to help your urinary tract get clean:
-have plenty of liquids,2 or 3 liters per day
-fresh fruit juice
-rose tea, chamomile tea,1 or 2 cup each day
-don't hold your urine for long
-urinate always just after having sex
-for the pain/burning sensation you can use ibuprofen

If the presence of blood in your urine persist even after 1 or 2 days from the start of the treatment (antibiotics and the advice that i gave you) than you should check up with your physician.

Also ,i recommend after the treatment, to do an ultrasound of your urinary tract to check for possible kidney stone,or even bladder stone.

If you have any other question, feel free to ask me.
