Blood in the syringe after im injection Hi im a bit worried about a steroid injection I gave myself I put the syringe in my gluteul muscle and aspirated and there was no blood but when I pulled the needle out there was a little speck of blood inside am I safe

As you said that there was no blood when you aspirated the syringe you are safe.
Sometimes while withdrawing the needle some vein may have been punctured that's why there is blood in the syringe.
Also many steroid injections can be given i.v. .
