Is Blood In Urine After PlasmaButton Vaporization Procedure A Matter Of Concern?

I had PlasmaButton Vaporization over 3 weeks ago and I am still experiencing blood in my urine. I have no discomfort nor a fever. Is this something I should be concerned about? If not, approximatelyhow long will I be experiencing blood in my urine? Thank You Tom Brewer

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As per my surgical experience, the blood in the urine after plasma button vaporization procedure can be considered part of normal recovery if
@ The amount of bleeding is reduced
@ The tinge of urine is lighter than immediate post operative period

In other conditions reverse than above, should be sorted out with further work up for bleeding from prostate fossa or else.

Plenty of liquids and intake of prescribed medicines as per the advise of your doctor is requested at this stage.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
