Is Blood In Urine Indicative Of A Bladder Infection Which Requires Antibiotics?

Apparently, my GP has found traces of Blood in my Urine. She put me on Antibiotics thinking it is a bladder infection. The pills did not works. I am 54. I feel pressure at night needing to pee 4-5 times every night. I drink a lot of water..however the pressure I feel has not been normal when laying down at night for about 5 months.

sir , first advice for you diagnosis test - renal function test and lower abdomen USG. After given treatment your problem and water intake less before sleeping .
