Is Blurred Vision After Injury To Head A Serious Issue?
my grandson is 13 years old and somebody thumped him in the face so now he's got a massive bump on his forehead and his eyes are going black. We're keeping our eye on him but he says his vision is blurred in one eye. Shall we leave him to sleep it off.

It seems from the history that your 13 year old grandson is having black eye and blurring of vision following injury to head.
Black eye is because of collection of blood in the layers of skin of eyelid. This will resolve by itself and no need to worry.
But blurring of vision needs to be evaluated and treated depending on the cause.
