Is Blurred Vision Of One Eye A Side Effect Of Nolvadex?
Dear MD, I have had a pretty bad eyesight for years but it wasn't getting worse. -3,5 on both eyes.
I have noticed my eyesight getting worse only on my left eye in a short period of time. Blurry vision even with contacts. I have great vision on my right wye with contacts.
Could it be caused by Nolvadex? I'm using a small dose 10mg/day for about 3 weeks now. I have read that blurry vision may be a side effect, but could it hapoen only on one eye? Should I stop using it and will it return to normal afterwards?
Hello Novladex is a anticancer drug used commonly to treat breast cancer and it is known to blurring of vision. It can occur to one eye also. But since you are wearing contact lens also you need to undergo eye examination to rule out eye examination to rule out any contact lens related problems in that eye. Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination to rule out any contact lens induced complication and treatment accordingly.
your both eye need complete check up. Vision fundus, IOT recording. With this cause bluring left eye can be known. nolvadax is used to treat breast cancer. there is remote chance causing cataract. Contraindicated in preg nancy. There is no direct relevance to bluring vision.
