Is Bradycardia With Abnormal Leftward Axis A Concern Before A Knee Replacement Surgery?

I am a 59 year old male I am having my knees replaced starting with my left next week. I went for my pre physical and my first ekg my results say i have a brady cardial leftward axis abnormal, but the dr said there is nothing to stop me from having the surgery I am wondering what this means I dont smoke and have lost close to 100 lbs in the last three years but i still weigh 305
