My baby girl is of 3 months old. she has been revealed with PUS cell in range 65-70 with E- Coli bateria in stool test . The stool is yellowish green with smell in it. The baby is on mostly breast feed but when she been too crys a lot we give him bottle fed with cow milk. . Kindly let me know whether it is safe to give breast feed . Apart from this she has also medicated with the medicine for infection as detected in stool.
