Hi, Post menopausal spotting or bleeding is not sign to be taken lightly. You should get an ultrasound pelvis and an endometrial biopsy done immediately . Appoximately 10% of women with post menopausal bleeding have endometrial cancer, so it is very important that we rule out anything abnormal immediately. Since how long have you been taking the bioidenticals. Do you go for regular checks for amount of hormones to be taken. Have you been thoroughly evaluated about cardiac risks. Also how long have you been advised to take them and when are you planning to stop. Please do discuss these with your gynaecologist. Hope this helps. Regards.
