Is Brownish Red Blood In Urine With Pain In Shoulders And Lower Back Concerning?

I have brownish red blood in my urine, Is that a problem? My doctor's office is closed for the holidays. My doctor is regulating my medications now and I'm also having lower back pains. It seems to go away during the day but happens in the mornings. It's been 3 days now. I don't have any pain in my groin but pain in my shoulders and lower back.

Thanks for query.brownish red urine might be blood in urine or if you are on any drugs like pyridium that could be the cause.before I come to conclusion can you tell me about your symptoms like do you have burning while urination , has your frequency of urine increased or decreased etc .if you were to my ckibuc I would suggest to have CUE(COMPLETE urine examination).
