Is Brufen Junior Medicine Safe For Kids?

Hi,My son is 3 months old and our pediatrician gave him Brufen junior for infection in the eye & ear. But in the product description it is mentioned that it is not safe for kids who are below 7kg or 1 year.Shall i continue with it or stop it? Please advise

If there is ear pain and not getting relieved with paracetamol , you can use ibuprofen in proper dosage on sos basis.
