Is Bump On Forehead After Hitting Head A Cause For Concern?

My 4 year old son had a bum p on his forehead on friday evening. He fell and hit his head on the concrete. He has a raised bump and a graze. He has appeared fine since but i have noticed a bad odour from his breath.Even after cleaning his teeth. Is this something i should get checked? or have any relation to his bump on the head?

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
After a fall it is usual to to get a bump.
It has no relation to the odor of the breath.
If the child develops vomiting ,altered sensorium or convulsions within 48 hours injury it is a cause for concern.
Otherwise it is OK.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
