Is Burning Sensation Above Stomach After Pinned Between Metal Rack Serious?

I was ran into by a slow moving ATV and pinned between the metal rack and the outbuilding. The metal rack caught me on the belly and it feels like the inner layers of skin have separated. The outer layer is not broken, nor is the abdominal wall injured or bruised I have a burning/tearing sensation above the injury site and numbness below the injury site. What can I do to help the healing along?

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you got injury to your belly and you got hematoma between the layers of skin. If you has no fever, then no need to worry much. Hematoma gradually resolved by itself .Thrombophob gel local application three times a day over it(no rubbing) can help in resolving it. There is burning sensation above the injury.
Numbness can be due to injury to cutaneous nerve which will recover gradually.You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful.
