Not sure which to eat...butter or margarine? whole milk or skim? heard they put additives in or chemicals in. was drinking skim and using margarine and now told the reverse on the internet. Told to use real butter and 2 percent or whole milk. Choose organic and concerned about my CAD.
Use normal milk every time you boil remove cream. Use Desi ghee that is home made butter no margarine or any other butter. Home made butter increases good cholesterol and provide with good fat. You have cad in which u should not have margarine or outside butter only 1 tsp of home made butter you can have . take less fat have more salads, fruits, veggies, sprouts, channa murmura they will give u fibre which helps to control heart disease. Avoid fried foods,groundnut, coconut restrict intake of sweets as they will increase obesity which creates more problem with heart diseases.have walk daily.
