Is Cancer Related With Redness And Crossed Eyes ?

Hi...Ive a 10 month old son and after taking lots of photos on him and putting them online my friend noticed that one eye has the red eye and one eye is white she told me it could be a form of cancer and after reading up on it im worried as he goes boss eyed allot too,what should i do please ???

it is not related to cancer. however get your son examined by eye doctor. you need not take any photo or listen to lay mans advise.
