Is Cellcept -S Or Azoran Recommendable While Having Nephritis And Lupus?

i am 31yrs old female. sufering from sle lupus, since 2006. i m now on HCQS WYSOLENE 5mg, gemcal, but a yr go i went for kidney biopsy and i got nephritis. dr suggested to take endoxian evevry month that 400mg in veins.

nw drs are telling to take cellcept -S or azoran. should i take it ??? cellcept MMF is very costly and side effects.....

Azoran do i have to take it life long? is there any cure for sle lupus? I have sme pain in lower back and in legs and some times my whole body gets stiff. why is like that?

Hello,
You should take as maintenance therapy Cell-cept or Azoran, but if your proteinuria is higher than 2-3 gr you have to take the induction therapy with endoxan(it is very gonadotoxic-impairs your fertility).
