ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi. You seem to have developed a common cold and sinusitis after your trip to India. Cetirizine is an antiallergic medication (antihistamine) and will only help in reducing your runny nose.

In my opinion, in addition to cetirizine you will require an oral nasal decongestant, mucolytics, anti inflammatory medications, saline nasal sprays and antiseptic mouth gargles for about 5 days. If you develop fever with yellowish nasal discharge, a course of antibiotics is also indicated.

Do see your primary physician or an ENT specialist for an evaluation to confirm these findings and for a prescription of these medications.

Hoping for your speedy recovery.
