Hello and thank you for asking HCM.
I have read all your symptoms and understand your concerns. Our urine usually is white clear/light yellow. Each day we urinate about 1800-2200 ml depending on the amount of liquids we take, our body temperature, room temperature ect. Your urine being dark yellow doesn't always mean a bad thing. For example,if during these past days you have taken a small amount of liquids, its normal for our urine to be dark yellow, because our body will try to concentrate it. But there are other reasons also. An infection in your
urinary tract can change the color of your urine.
If i was your doctor, i would not start any kind of medication at the moment. First you need to drink a lot of liquids, and if the symptoms persist,or if you have other new symptoms like the ones that i am going to write below, you need to do a urinary test to confirm the diagnosis of infection.
-Pain or burning sensation when urinating.
-a smelling urine
-urge to urinate
-back pain
-Pain or burning sensation when urinating
Feel free to contact me again in 2 or 3 days after increasing the amount of liquids each day. Would be great to have 2-3 liters of liquids (not only water, tea, fruit juice) or if you have any new symptoms.
Wishing you good health.
