Is Chesclar And Zipodzipod Right Medication For Cold And Cough?

hi my 9 months old baby is having frequent cold and continous cough. i went the doctor and he told it is due to weasing, the contraction of lungs. he suggested me chesclar, ambrodil-s and zipod. please guide me as we are keeping nebulization for him for the last 2 days. i am worried

Majority of respiratory tract infection in children are self limiting and caused by viral infection.
Recurrent infection could be due to
1. Lowered immunity
2. Persistent Hyper reactivity of airway
3. Dust allergy

Taking Nebulization is beneficial.
