Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Nucoxia in few patients may cause allergic reactions like swelling of lips, breathing difficulty and palpitations etc. But as such it may not directly cause chest pain. It may be due to allergy or acid reflux may cause chest pain. Anyway don't neglect chest pain please consult with your physician he will do ECG and chest X-ray then treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
