Traumatic removal of lower third molars or wisdom teeth can lead to TMJ problems. Your symptoms indicate the same. These problems can't be corrected completly but you can take few precautions so that it doesn't increase. Start using thermoplastic bite guards. Do not open you mouth to wise while eating or yawning. East only soft food.

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
the clicking sound and pain in the nec, joint could be because of disc displacement in the Temporomandibular joint. usually it will be aggravted by the stress. It is caused by trauma to the joint, bruxism, malocclusion...
Consult a oral physician and get it diagnosed. You can take anti inflammatory drugs like piroxicam 20mg twice daily on first day and twice daily on next 6 days. You can also take muscle relaxants like chlorzoxazone. You can give hot fomentation over the joints. Do not eat hard things, do not open your mouth too wide. take soft diet.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
