Hi,
Progyluton pills are hormone progesterone containing pills. This hormone is known to cause irregular bleeding patterns in menstrual cycle. This problem gets reduced after few months of taking the pills gradually. Please wait patiently for the side effect to go. Till thence particular for genital hygiene to avoid any infection arising out of carelessness.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
