General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Your date of unprotected sex is around ovulation day. The scanty bleeding you had, could be implantation bleeding (as it's around next normal period). You had signs suggestive of conception, and period following this was with painful bleeding. This might be suggestive of threatened abortion. All this needs to be supported by USG findings. Please consult a gynecologist for proper medication, essential to save the pregnancy.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
