Infectious Diseases Specialist, Dr. Praveen G's Response
Hello, Welcome to HCM, Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted infection which is asymptomatic for about 50-70% of women infected with the disease, if you have got this infection from your boy friend you may have symptoms like vaginal discharge, pain, fever and urgency. But with this symptoms it is very difficult to make the diagnosis, you require physical examination along with lab test to make the diagnosis. It can be effectively cured with antibiotics once it is detected. I suggest you to consult your dermatologist for further management. Thank you.
