Is Consulting Doctor Required For Bleeding During Pregnancy?

I am 41/2 wks pregnant. Just tested positive 2 days ago. But I started spotting last night and today had bleeding about half pad . And bleeding slightly everytime i am going to the toilet. I had a missed miscarraige last year july at 61/2 wks. Should i go to the eMergency.
