Is Cramping With Light Pink Blood In Urine Normal After Being Hit Hard On Abdomen?

I took a hard hit to my stomach yesterday from a small bungee cord that was being stretch and broke off it s latch. It came back and hit me in the stomach around my umbilical cord. About 8 hours later I started experiencing menstural cramping and then had light pink blood in my urine. It about 5 days before I start my period. Is this normal to have an impact like that kick start my period?

Infectious Diseases Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for your contact to health care magic. I understand your concern. If I am your doctor I suggest you that it is not your mentrual period, it is the consequence of the heat at the abdomen. It is necessary for you to undergo Ultrasonography of the abdomen and gential system. Definitive treatment of injury can be predicted after the USG of abdomen.
I will be happy to answer your further concern
You can contact me.
