hi my name is shakweeta williams i think im pregnant but i dont know im having cramps and lower back pain sometimes headach me and my boyfriend was try but i am bleed now i think its implantation spotting but on the other hand i think it just might be my period i dont know can you help me

Hi dear can understand the concern but if you miss your periods then you should go for blood HCG and ultrasound for cor confirmation, other symptoms are unspecific for that i advise tab ibuprofen and tab acetamenophan,also intake of fresh fruits and morning exercise will help you.
