Is Curd An Advised Diet For Thyroid Patients

Hi, I got my gene?ral yearly tests done. It had Total Cholestrol (199) - AHDL (35); LDL Cholestrol Direct (120); VLDL(62); Ratio CHOL/HDL(5.68); LDL/HDL Ratio (2.9) Tryglyserides(367); Phospholipds(234.82) Thyroid TSH 3rd generation Ultrasenstive (6.5003) - My Mother has thyroid background I have consulted two Drs - both have suggested Medicine R2F or Atorlip-F. I have started with Atorlip-F and regular exercise for the past 5 days (5-7 kms daily). Changed my diet - avoid fats/bakery products/burgers/Ghee/Butter/milk etc. Eat vegitables/dal/Chapati/Fruits - Papaya, Banana etc. Is this sufficient or do I need to take more care. Can I take Curd? Any other suggestions.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have high triglyceride level. So you need statins. you are taking Atrolip F.
It is perfect for you. Your diet plan is also good. Nothing much required. You can take curd. There is no harm in that. Just repeat your Triglyceride level and TSH level after 2 months and take further treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
