Is Daily Long Distance Travel Recommended During 8th Month Of Pregnancy?

i m 7th mnth pregnant.m going to office which is 23km faraway from my home.i have generally pickup & drop facility. from 20thnovember 8th mnth will start should i continue??? or i take maternity leave please suggest me. my due date is 27th jan 2012

Hello ma'am and welcome.

All women in their third trinester should avoid travelling, although regular mild walks are helpful, travelling through any mode of conveyance would be adviced against and should be kept to the minimum. So my advice would be to take maternity leave once you enter your 8th month, to be on the safer side.
