Hi Doctor Namaste , I am Surendra 32 years old married , I got married last 5 years back and we are both living together .It's my question to you weekly how many times good to make sexual relationship with wife? daily sex is dangerous for health or not ? we are both healthy .
Hello Surendra. Thanks for the query. Simple answer to your question is NO. Daily sex is not dangerous to health. Rather recent research has shown numerous physical as well as mental health benefits of sexual intercourse. But you need to know that as sex is an activity participated by both husband-wife (both partners); hence to be satisfying; it needs full participation & cooperation of both the parties. Secondly as you are aware that heart rate, blood pressure etc. rises during sexual intercourse & after effective sexual intercourse both partners feel exhausted due to physical efforts it take during intercourse. Hence, my advice will be to enquire with your partner about her levels of satisfaction & her willingness to participate in daily sexual intercouse & then plan accordingly. Good luck
