Is Dark Orange Urine And Difficulty Digesting Food A Sign Of A Serious Gallbladder Issue?

Hello I have been dealing with my gallbladder for a while now. My GP said we may as well have it taken out, but that was in the hight of covid and Noone was doing those kinds of surgeries. So it got better and then a few months later I had bad pain under my ribs and in my back. Went to the ER and they also said it was my gallbladder. It s been a year since its acted up, but it is right now..Pain under ribs when I eat anything including fruits. This time I have different symptoms like nothings digesting. I ate an apple and a banana yesterday at breakfast and it was still undigested today and I had to Make myself throw up to get it out of my stomach. I also have nearly brown urine. I m drinking water but it s still very dark orange. Dr us closed time Monday and I don t know what if anything I can eat. I had my daughter get me some Ensures and jello. Will both of those digest and is the urine problem a bad sign? If you have any answers I would appreciate it.
