Is Darker Complexion On Body Of Baby Is Due To Dry Skin?
my 3rd month old baby girl was fair when she was born. Her whole body was in same complexion. But now her face is still fair but her body is in darker complexion. She got dry skin also. Is the darker complexion on the body is due to that? Can any help on this?

It is common for babies to changes skin color and fairness as they grow up.
The dry skin could be due to cosmetics you might be using: shampoo? body lotions etc?
So, first, rule out this external factor. If not, then, check it out with dermatologist to rule out any other more serious issue.
