Is Decline Of Height Possible Having Stiffness In The Back Bone?

Hi! I m 46 years old and I was shocked to learn at my recent examine that I lost an inch in height over the past year or two. When I was in my twenties my height was 5 6 . I was measured at 39 years old for an insurance policy and my height was 5 5 3/4. Two years ago my height measured 5 5 1/2. Last month during my yearly physical the nurse said I was 5 4 1/2. I exercise regularly including weight training 4 times per week and cardio 2-3 times. I m 46 and weigh about 114 lbs. I m not a semi low carb diet. Primarily consuming only whole grains once or twice a day. I eat fresh vegetables, poultry and fish. Calcium intake includes 1-2 cups of milk and yogurt. My husband complains I m hunching over. I feel the muscles in my upper back are tight, which makes it difficult for me to stand straight. What could be causing this decline in height? Looking forward to some answers! Thanks, Diana
