Is Delay In Menstruation A Sign Of Pregnancy?

my wife age is 35, we have a 2 child of 15 & 10 years. her last period was started on 23th october morning . as per expectation it was start 21st to 22nd november but didnt
start yet. now she want to start it as early as possible because we have no plan to be get a baby. even she pregnant or not. please advice me a safe medicine

HI,
I understand your query.
Your wife has nearly 2 months delay in her periods. Every woman with regular periods ,in her fertile periods- with delay in menses , the first possible cause is pregnancy.
* Please get her home pregnancy test done immediately.If it is +ve she needs MTP with tubectomy -if you are not planning for further expansion of your family.
( Just getting rid of this pregnancy is not enough. The same problem can occur multiple times in comming 10-14 years.)
Consult a gynecologist & get his help for both the procedures.
