Hello and welcome,
I understand your concern after two ectopics.
Abdominal
pregnancy occurs after a tubal ectopic ruptures in to the abdomen and the baby is still alive after rupture. It attaches to some other organ and develops there.
However if both the tubes have been removed, pregnancy is virtually impossible. The sperms cannot gain entry inside the abdomen.
The only possibility is a fistula in the ligated end of the tube that may allow sperm entry but still pregnancy is impossible.
If you are in doubt, get a pregnancy test done using the first morning urine sample to clear your doubts. If it is negative look for other causes like
hormonal imbalances,
stress, excessive exercise, ovarian cysts etc.
Do not worry, abdominal pregnancy in your case is virtually impossible.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Thanks for using HCM.
