Is Delayed Period During Breast Feeding Sign Of Pregnancy?

Im 13 days late on my period, and all tests come up negative. I am breastfeeding but my periods have always been regular, and I'm not breastfeeding near as much, so I don't think that's a factor. But lately I have had loose stools as well. I'm starting to doubt whether or not im actually pregnant, as X whiney of its something else. Any ideas?

Hello
thanks for the query

I am not clear if you meant you have been having regular periods as you are breastfeeding or before you became pregnant.

Well, some women do not experience their menses at all while they breastfeed while others have irregular menses especially those who do not breastfeed regularly and continuously. Effective breastfeeding serve as a contraceptive method. Delayed period for a lady who has been having her menses regularly definitely demands ruling out a pregnancy.

Get a pregnancy test with early morning urine and be certain if you are pregnant or not.

Best regards
