Hello,
I have gone through the query and understood your concern. Deposition of seminal fluid by whatever means into the vagina, especially around the fertile or ovulatory period causes conception. Even the pre-ejaculate is sufficient as it contains enough sperm. Home pregnancy tests read well when performed 3-7 days after a missed period with a fresh early morning sample of urine. If you have not done so, you should repeat the test. You can also go for the blood test. Please see a specialist for a clinical evaluation and a trans-vaginal sonogram if you do not see your period in a week. Hope this helps.
