Is Delayed Period,cramps And Nausea Sign Of Pregnancy?
not sure if i should get excited about a baby or not. ended period on sep 30th. spotted for four days four days after i ended. have had cramps and nausea last two weeks. i am ttc, but feel like im about to start. I should start again on the 22nd. I am always regular and took a pregnancy test this morning it came out negative.

Nausea is a sign of pregnancy but it does not mean that you are pregnant. I will advice you to wait and watch if you miss your menstrual period. If you miss your periods then repeat a urine pregnancy test by which you will come to know if you are pregnant. If you get your periods that means you are not pregnant.
