Is Diagnosis Of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding Normal?

I got an ultrasound done and the results:
Uterus measures 7.9x3.6x5.4 centimeters

endometrial strip measures 9.3 mm in thickness

small amount of free fluid in the cul-de-sac. The right ovary measure 2.4x1.6x1.3 centimeters
the left ovary measures 4.1x3.7x3.1 the left ovary contains a 3.4 simple cyst


I guess my question is is this normal should I be concerned about anything... And they also diagnosed me with dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Hi,

These are not worrying. Ultrasound scan shows normal expected findings. Dysfunctional uterine bleeding is because you might be bleeding more. Hence I suggest if bleeding is more please do get endometrial biopsy.
