Is Diarrhea And Abdominal Pain Signs Of Appendicitis?
Hello. I am a 18 year old male teenager. About 4 days ago i started having diarrhea. Its about 4-5 watery stools a day(its type 6 on the bristol stool chart).Yesterday in the mirning i have asked a blood test and everything was normal. Around 7 pm yesterday i started feeling pain in my lover right abdomen and the pain still lasts. The pain only comes when i cough and when i strain. As to abdominal tenderness, i dont think there is any. During the night i didnt have problems with the pain and. Today in the morning the pain was again there only when i cough or strain. My temperature is normal, around 35-36C I do not feel nauseus. I have not vomited and feel generally well Could you please tell me what this could be and what to do? And do you think it could be appendicitis(this worrys me the most)?
diarrhoea in appendicitis is very uncommon . blood count should show elevated total count/wbc , if u r suffering from acute appendicitis. there is a possibiltyof chronic appendicitis. CT scan abdomen should confirm the presence or absence of appendicitis.
