Is Diarrhea And Back Itch A Sign Of HIV?

Hi, I'm having dirreha, some back itch is it a sign of hiv or am i just paranoid? I also have really bad pimples on my hair and I did have a small pimple on my penis but it did go off easily. I have not had any thing with any guy or girl before. I am a virgin. I am just worried it might be... a pin or something.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Nothing of the symptoms mentioned by you individually or put together are not specific for HIV as anybody can have such symptoms without HIV.
Consult a Dermatologist for pimples.
Are you a recipient of blood at any time. If not, when you have no history of sexual exposures either hetero or homosexual contact, there is no way to get HIV.
So nothing to worry.
