Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had my blood test done. Everything was fine. However i always feel tired and feel like i am going to pass out. I realize I only drink about 20oz of water a day and eat about 14-1500 calories a day. Im 22 and 148 pounds. Could feeling weak and tired all the time be caused by this
I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Your diet total calorific value is OK. But what are the diet constituents? You need to look into that. In the run up to take whole food, are you cheating yourself? Are you having low nutrition food? Tirednes could be due to iron deficiency. But blood test says no.
Then this could be due to psychological reasons. Laziness is common cause of tiredness. Come forward with your lifestyle, work atmosphere, family and all the details you can provide here. I shall help you for sure.
