Is Difficulty In Swallowing Due To Medication In An Elderly Person?

I have only had trouble swallowing several times in the past week or 10 days usually when I'm
taking a pill. The first time I thought it was an allergic reaction to some medication I was taking,
second time it was so bad I called the doctor & stopped taking the mediation but I have had it
a few times since then. At first I thought the pill was caught in my throat. I would appreciate
any help you can give me. (I'm 86 yr. old woman in good health. Thank You

Are you able to swallow saliva, or is it drooling

At this age group
