Is Diluted Dettol On The Hair Worrisome?

Good evening, I went to the school washroom today and there were tiny insects there , like pinpricks, and they climbed all over me, i took a short leave, went home and took a long bath with lots of dettol, i diluted a little dettol in a mug of warm water, almost 7-8 drops or maybe a few more and poured it on my head. Everywhere on the internet it says that its dangerous for hair....what should i do now, im very worried because i have very weak hair.
